AFTER ORDER

RIGHT TO RETURN OR REPLACE JEWELERY
The consumer has the right to return or replace if the order is wrong, ie another item is sent than the order or wrong quantity or defective product.
Also, if there is a real defect in the jewelry that will be sent, the buyer is entitled, without charge: a) its repair and b) its replacement.
The consumer must contact the store within 48 hours of receipt of the jewelry, by phone, 210 6534964 or e-mail, contact@ekpliksi.gr, in order to inform the store about the problem so that there is a corresponding consultation to be resolved .
In any case, the jewelry must not have been used and returned with all the accompanying documents (purchase receipt, warranty) and be in the package received.
Returns are made with the postal company that cooperates with the online store www.ekpliksi.gr, which is charged with the return costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer deadline has been agreed, returning the product to its original state, without incurring any other costs, except for shipping costs. This deadline starts from the date of receipt of the products. In case the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the supplier is obliged to return the amount paid to him by the consumer within thirty (30) calendar days.
The consumer has no right to withdraw for jewelry for which a special order has been placed (personal jewelry with dates-names, etc.), or it has been converted as well as earrings for hygiene reasons.
JEWELERY RETURN
The online store www.ekpliksi.gr, packs the jewelry to be sent in a hard gift box and additional packaging material with bubbles. The customer in case of their return is obliged to return them with the same packaging that received them.
The online store www.ekpliksi.gr does not bear any responsibility for loss or any damage of the product during the transfer of the return.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store www.ekpliksi.gr has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the jewelry, and to unilaterally set off a partial claim. against the customer’s requirement.
In case of timely cancellation of the order, the money will be refunded depending on how the transaction was completed and the payment was made. In particular, transactions using credit will be canceled, while in the case of cash on delivery, the money will be deposited in the account indicated by the customer.
